- Budgeting:
The attachment showcases a budgeting spreadsheet created in Google Sheets for the project. The budget is divided into different categories, including equipment, props, food, and transportation, with respective costs mentioned in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The equipment section includes essential filming tools such as a mobile phone (60,000 PKR), a tripod stand (2,000 PKR), a microphone (1,500 PKR), a ring light (2,000 PKR), and a ring light stand. The total cost for equipment amounts to 65,500 PKR, which is the largest portion of the budget. The props section covers additional items needed for the shoot, including ropes (1,000 PKR), printed papers (800 PKR), printed photos (700 PKR), and knives (500 PKR), bringing the total prop cost to 3,000 PKR. The onset eating category accounts for food expenses, which include pizzas (2,000 PKR) and water bottles (300 PKR), totalling 2,300 PKR. The transportation cost is limited to a cab expense of 1,000 PKR. Adding up all the categories, the grand total for the project stands at 71,800 PKR. What is the need for a budgeting sheet? Creating a budgeting sheet is essential for effectively managing project expenses, ensuring that every cost is accounted for, and preventing overspending. It helps in financial planning, cost control, and resource allocation, making sure that funds are used efficiently. A well-structured budget also enables teams to track expenses in real time, make necessary adjustments, and allocate money where it is needed the most. In video production, where multiple elements like equipment, props, and transportation contribute to overall costs, a budgeting sheet acts as a guideline to avoid unexpected financial burdens and maintain a smooth workflow.

- Scheduling:
This is a time-to-time update of our journey from pre-production to post-production.

In conclusion, effective scheduling is essential for a successful film or video project as it keeps everything organised, cost-effective, and on track while ensuring a high-quality outcome.
- Auditions for Casting :
I think casting is one of the toughest things in making a film, as if to find someone who would be perfect for the role in your or other diverse thoughts as the person would be able to portray the main lead, the protagonist or the antagonist. To handle this situation and my crew members held an audition on our campus, at the Crescent College, the auditions were held in the common room, on the 4th of November. We had already pasted an audition pamphlet on the notice board for fellow students to participate. A lot of them give auditions, some of them are listed below.
This is me and my crew auditioning fellow students from the campus.
This is Ahmad Sagheer he auditioned for the role of the antagonist, no doubt his audition was great but there were some flaws and we also felled that he wasn't capable of portraying the role.
This is Afnan he auditioned for the role of the protagonist, which was quite a simple role. Afnan did a great job but his looks and way of speaking didn't match the image of the character we had in mind and unfortunately, he couldn't get the role.- Finalized Cast:
After all the failed auditions we come to conclusion, of taking this important task in our bare hands as we know the worth and effort that we putted in this project should not get wasted so the finalized cast according to the characters in the opening brief.1. Abdul Rehman (me):I am playing the character who's at the start is shown as the antagonist but is really the protagonist.
Character profile:A man stuck in the cycle of stressful dream, in which he kills people but really is the one who is really the innocent one stuck in a trap.we ultimately didn't name the character as the character name wasn't that much important rather than the trauma he is passing through.
Character Mood Board:
2. Umar Ahsan:he will be portraying the role of the protagonist but revealed to be the antagonist.
