What app did i use to create forms?

This is the app i used to create my google form, the form i created is listed below:

Formal Survey:

My survey was taken through google forms, the survey consist of general questions along with questions related to my genre and interest of media in people. in my survey majority of people who participated were men. and most of them were from the age group of 15-20. according to my survey 48% of the people consume media by watching films.And 77% of them watch films based on the trailer and story of the film.53% of them use OTT platforms like Netflix, to watch films and 29% of them watch movies at the cinema.we also asked people about their favorite genre which had mixed rating but the most liked one was psychological thriller with 29% of people liking it.followed by comedy horror and action.

This informal survey was take on Instagram on my account by putting a poll on my story. this survey involved questions revolving around my genre psychological thriller, this involved questions like do people like this specific genre and 81% of people likes it.Similarly i asked that if they like movies that are made in this genre e.g(American Psycho and Joker ). Secondly i asked if they prefer use of blood sequences  in movies and 88% of them agreed. lastly i conducted a final poll saying is the people like movies ending on a cliffhanger and 76% of them said yes. 

What did i learn from these forms?

Due these forms, I get to know a different way of using media as i wasn't familiar with creating google forms which help me learn a new thing, same goes with my informal survey, which was taken on Instagram by putting a poll on my Instagram story. As this too was a new thing for me and gave me a efficient way of interacting with my audience conclusively, these surveys updated my knowledge through technological convergence.
